Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Bullying has been associated with incresing anxiety, stress and depression. It can be caused by poor peer environments. Here are some ways in which you can prevent bullying : 1. tell a trusted adult that you are being bullied and share with them your distress. 2. Walk away and ignore them : It tells them you don't care. 3. Be confident: Practice ways to respond to the bullies in a verbal or through your behavior. Even if you have to fake it, practice being confident. 4. Talk about it : Ask help from your tachers, school counsellors, friends or parents. Some ways you can deal with social anxieties are : 1. Practice public speaking 2. Join Cognitive Behavior Therapy, shortly known as CBT. 3. Practice slow exposure : slowly expose yourself to anxiety - inducing situations. 4. Get a helping hand from a trusted person, may it be friend or family.

One possible reason for your social anxiety could be a result from the bullying you are facing. Bullying can be really difficult to deal with and it can be hard to understand that it does immensely affect your mental health. Bullying really is cruel and can be embarrassing and some ways to help with the situation can be scary, still, here are some tips that might help you in your future if you find yourself continued to be bullied: find a trusted adult to talk to that you that you can just describe your situation to, that trusted adult doesn't even have to try to stop it just having someone to discuss it with can be beneficial. Confronting the people bullying you and telling them sternly that what they are doing is not okay and it needs to stop. Some ways to handle social anxiety are slowly stepping out of your comfort zone little by little. I hope this helps.
