Binge eating/Overeating
Could write a thousand words and still wouldn't figure out to make it make sense. I live a so called "bodybuilding" lifestyle which I love. It consists of eating 6 meals daily, sleeping 8+ hours and training hard. I trully love it. What keeps me back from reaching my full potential is myself. I find myself sometimes coping with life's stress by overeating foods i shouldnt be consuming. Last year it was a severe phase, this year it got better, but its a regular thing.
I spend all my money on food, supplements etc, whereas i have little to no money for actual therapy. I do not know of any way to stop myself from overeating some days. I always feel like a failure the day after. Currently unemployed as well so im having some hard time with it.
