How do you stay on track with holiday? All the temptations and goodies. If your hosting, how do you do self care ?

It is a little difficult trying to manage during holidays, but personally, I try not to put additional unnecessary pressure on myself, and try to simply enjoy the time. 😊

Everything in moderation, is okie, taking mindful breaks and time to relax yourself can be helpful too, I feel.

@Sunsshiningandsoareyou some people are moderators meaning they can have a little here and there. Others are abstainers and don't have it at all. I tend to go that route otherwise I just want more and more. I try to relax but, life is stressful. I take a day off and unplug from all electronics. I'll do a deep cleaning of my apartment then a deep conditioner treatment for my hair.

@Kait2 Boundaries are important! Be consistent with them! Knowing your limits is important too. Stick to those Boundaries!

@compassionateMoon4024. I’m not supposed to eat dessert other than a piece of fruit for dessert. On Thanksgiving and Christmas I eat 1 slice of cake or pie for dessert. It gives me something to look forward to on those days.
