Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

If I'm understanding correctly, you are asking if it's good to have emergency funds available if you need it? I definitely recommend having emergency funds, even if it's just $50 or $100. I was not taught anything like this when I was young and wish that I had. Now I am older and I have a container that I put change in. I also have another container that I put dollar (any denomination) in. I never spend my $1 bills after I break another bill. They go straight into the container. If I open my wallet to take out $1 bills and there are several in there and I also happen to have a $5 bill, I will also take that out and put it in my container. I did this for a year and when I counted it, I had almost $400! You never know when you're going to need something extra or something completely unexpected comes up and having even a portion of what you may need will still help lower the stress of a situation.
