Really sorry for the delay, everyone! It is finally that time again where we join together to celebrate the opportunities available to us across the forum.
There are two core purposes of our forum spotlight: one to spotlight forum discussions more widely and two to showcase the amazing work of those community users who go above and beyond to help ensure everyone gets a reply to their thread.

I agree with @Heather225 it is also so important to make sure every post gets a suitable reply that makes the op feel listened to and supported. But I do feel it is important that we always need to ensure that those posts that breach the rules and guidelines are flagged, and not inadvertently replied to in any eagerness to fulfil the NR form. Often those that find posts that do need a reply are our first line of defence in forum moderation and early flagging can often stop the more complicated editing and delayed removal of unsuitable posts.
