Hey, welcome. đź’ś Sounds like it's been pretty upsetting getting those diagnoses.

I'm trying to understand the "is it that complicated" question". Are you wondering if the depression is just a reaction to the AvPD diagnosis, rather than a separate issue/diagnosis?

@QuietMagic  I think the reason for my depression is social anxiety disorder. Is avoidant personality disorder itself a major mental health issue?
