...See more This month, the month of April, the active members of the Social Soldiers Team have been working hard to bring Recognition to not only 7cupsoftea but to Mental Illness and to the Stigma those with Mental Illness face every day! ...See more Hi, Thanks again everyone for joining myself and @Hiddengrace for our support session And we hope you all enjoy and benefit from this activity! This week your assignment is to write a Journal entry, and you can choose from one of the following or even do both: Write a letter to a person you are grateful for with regards to your chronic illness.   (someone who has been there to support you in some way, or helped you cope in some way, taken you to doctors, checked in on you etc), OR  Write a letter to someone to help them better understand your chronic pain and/or illness.  (Someone who has difficulty understanding how you can look well and be sick, or how you can "have pain when nothing is broken", etc)
