A few things about me:

Some of my favorite activities are exercising,  yoga,  meditation,  nature walks and cooking.
My approach to life is holistic, keeping the mind, body and spirits balanced. I consider living in harmony with nature  very important.
I had many challenges in my life and learned to cope and overcome them and would be glad to support you to achieve the same.  Volunteering here on 7 cups  means a lot to be,   I am very passionate about helping others.

Starting small, even a few minutes of journaling per day with just 3 prompts can make a big difference in how we think and feel.  Write down (or type) the things you are grateful for on a daily basis. You can use a journal, diary, your computer (use journaling option in 7cups), an email to yourself or just a piece of paper. Consider giving these prompts a try: * What good thing happened today for me? * What good news did I hear? * What’s something that inspired or touched you recently? * What about today has been better than yesterday? * What am I grateful for having learned recently? * What made me smile today? * What has improved in my life recently? * What does my body allow me to do that I am grateful for? * What friends do I have that I am grateful for? The basic practice is straightforward, and you can aim at in-depth entries versus quantity of entries.
